At Wyndly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
